Canadian actress and singer Born 10 March 1909 in Argentina, moved to Canada in 1912. In 1929, studied dancing under Albert Rasch at his studio in Hollywood. Known during WWII as "The Blackout Girl". She entertained in such overseas nightspots as Café de Paris and Bagatelle. Inga entertained troops in Italy and was known as 'Hildegarde of England'. She was also a record-holding speed skater, and an accomplished violinist. Billed as "Canada's Sophisticated Songstress" in BBC radio broadcasts of the 1940s. Died in her sleep 28 September 1959 in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada. Parents: Anders Peder Andersen (1877 - 1966), Metha Jenny Emilie Frederiksen Andersen (1880 - 1941)
