Before the Insane Cirkle back in '88-'89 there was B.A.S.S (Brothers Are Standing Strong) that was consisted of John Carter, Kevin Dean and Troy Feagin out of Somerset, New Jersey. Then they merged with The Prophets crew and became The Insane Cirkle (Carlton Lewis aka Mello, John Carter aka Jaicee, James Meeks, Kevin Dean aka Kaidee, Troy Feagin) based in Atlanta, GA.
