Two years after her debut album “Travelling”, Irena returns as a transformed, venturing musician with a significant change in sound. “Haze" reflects a feeling of drifting in the unknown and the attempts to escape the sense of helplessness it can create. It offers stories about wandering in the dark and seeing the light by accepting inevitable changes. Every song represents a significant moment or a glimpse of a haunting memory that channeled stories about emotional uncertainty and vulnerability. The extremely intimate and emotional second album is engulfed in wistful and dark shadows pierced by Irena’s stirring vocals and executed with remarkable poise. The album’s production and recording was helmed by Mark Mrakovcic, marking his return after producing Irena’s first album.
