Danish folk band formed 1992 by Martin Seeberg, Morten Thomassen and Lars Mortensen. The musical style was originally based in traditional Irish music, but soon developed into other forms as well. In 1994 percussionist Steen Lyck joined in, and as the musical style developed further, the name was changed to TangleRoots in 1994/1995.
