Iron Orchard is an Americana/Roots Rock band hailing from the land between the Illinois & Mississippi rivers. Officially known as the Illinois Military Tract, the area was dubbed "Forgottonia" by a Western Illinois University student in the 1970's. They write about what they know: The people & places of Illinois. Since forming in early 2010, Iron Orchard has supported Americana acts such as Chatham County Line and Whitey Morgan & The 78’s, as well as performing three set shows throughout the region.
