Album US 2007 on Hymns label
Electronic and Spoken Word (Noise, Abstract, Musique Concrète, Ambient, Field Recording, Experimental)
Track 1 was recorded via microcassette on a beach in Miami on April 30, 2005. Track 2 was recorded via mini DV camera at the Grandma Party Bazaar held in the parking lot of Stardust in Orlando on April 22, 2006. The performance consisted of 10 one minute endless loop cassettes played through separate portable cassette players of varying tone and character. Each contained the same recording, a randomly chosen portion of track 1 with fades from a Crumar Performer keyboard. Cassettes were started two at a time, in one minute intervals, in an attempt to initially sync up the tapes. Amplification was provided by a microphone run through the PA system, with the microphone being moved from one portable cassette player speaker to another in order to constantly change the focal point. Track 3 was recorded to computer via two condenser microphones at Brian Baskoff's house in Orlando, FL on April 23, 2006 using the same loop tapes as the previous day. Two recordings were made, the first in his kitchen and dining room, with cassette players placed throughout. This was placed in the left channel. The second was recorded in his studio. This was placed in the right channel. Edition of 57.
