Isosceles featured two Canadian college drop-outs (both of whom are now active anti-Government protesters and wish not to be named), who dated briefly and begun recording together, over the summer of 1983. With borrowed instruments (synth, drum machine, etc) they recorded an hour of improvised material compiling it together onto the privately circulated "1984" cassette.
