J-hon known to his fans as Heez, and multitude of other equally creative aliases, is a New York area rapper based out of the ethnically diverse streets of Brooklyn South. With his powerful lyrics and infectious catch phrases J-hon has risen through the ranks of the hip hop world and can be considered one of the pioneers of the Brooklyn south hip hop scene. J-hon’s talent flourished tremendously during his early adolescents and by the time he was in his early twenty’s J-hon was an accomplished entertainer, entrepreneur and creative director, with a number of critically acclaimed albums, like the Fat Ass album and the Turkminator under his belt, a host of music video’s, short comedic skits and his very own reality TV show Heez T.V, all self edited and directed. J-hons energy, exceptional creativity and outrageous talent have propelled him into the limelight. His philosophies which are very much showcased in all his creative endeavors go beyond the status quo and really touch on the kinds of issues that all of his diverse fans can truly relate to. This has thrusted J-hon into the hearts of many, making him a true voice of people and a hero to generations of hip hop lovers. Currently J-hon, along with his long time friend and partner Mike Swift, is taking the Southeast Asian hip hop scene by storm. Their drive, ambition, and organic talent have allowed them to infiltrate uncharted territory in the Philippines and start a movement which will forever have an impact.
