Jamon Jalecki Horne was a father, a brother, a son and will be forever remembered for his amazing contributions in music. Jamon was a drummer, a DJ, a vocalist, a producer and an absolute legend within the Austin music scene. Jamon fought long and hard against cancer and will forever be remembered for his endless determination, his powerful drive, and beyond all, his amazingly positive personality. Jamon truly embodied the never-ending will to succeed and for that, his spirit will live forever within his family, his friends and all of the many people he has touched with his music. We at Apollo are honored to be able to feature Jamon's work and this release is nothing short of how amazing Jamon is, and always will be. The title of the release, 'The Antidote', in addition to each track, was completed and titled before Jamon passed away. These songs carry great power and strength, not only in content, but title as well. 100%% of the proceeds of this project will be given to Jamon's son, Kimon, towards his college education and future. In loving memory, and may he forever rest in peace; Jamon Jalecki Horne (October 20, 1972 – March 6, 2017).
