Jacinto Pérez was born in Corral de Piedra, La Guaira, Edo. Vargas, on December 24, 1900. He went on to Venezuelan musical history as the King of Four; was unveiled in 1938 in the studios of Broadcasting Radio station Caracas, Radio Caracas Radio, RCR, by musician and conductor Luis Alfonso Larraín, who presented him as the virtuoso of the Cuatro. He got married, he had offspring. He lived in Caracas. He was famous performing the Four. He recorded numerous LPs, among them El Rey del 4, Jacinto Pérez. The King of Four died in Caracas on January 7, 1974.
