American producer and promoter. Kreisberg began his career in the music business in 1975. His experience covers everything from marketing, promotions, and sales to production/distribution. After working for various labels like Arista, Jack conceptualized and developed Half Note Records through the Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City. He was the 2001 Latin Grammy Award recipient for producer in the category of Best Record, Latin Jazz for “Paquito D'Rivera Quintet – Live at the Blue Note”. He has been producer or Executive producer for over 90 CDs and has worked with such artists as Ben E. King, Lionel Hampton, Irvin Mayfield, Elvin Jones, Will Calhoun, Bill Easley and many more. He is currently an independent record producer through Showplace Studios and President of the American Showplace Music label.
