A one sided christmas gift for members of "Jacked Up!" the Jackknife fan club. 140 numbered copies. Each fan club member was issued a number and the record recieved was (member #)/140. Plain white labed with "Jackknife" rubber stamped on the playable side. Insert included explaining the release and talking about recent band developments. Plain white jacket band photo and info pasted to back and diffrent christmas gift tags attached to front with members name and from Jackknife handwritten.
