This record, as well as two others planned for release at Spasm Rec., was cancelled when the "Studio La Belle Équipe" team judged that the return on investment was not meeting expectations. The record label itself was subsequently stopped while having three further releases mastered, ready to press and already sold to distributors. Despite this unexpected demise (The Studio had become a hub of personal tensions between the original members who disbanded a year later) Spasm lives on as a musical project to this day, although releases have been scarce since the 1990's.
