This Do Right 45 special release features two of Jacob Collier's earliest recordings, originally demoed at home. This is the first time these two songs have ever been pressed on vinyl. The A-side is Burt Bacharach 'Close To You', made famous by The Carpenters in 1970. The entire recording consists of two AKG C414s, one AKG D112, and one trusty SM58. Arranged, performed, produced in the music room at home by Jacob Collier. The B-side is Jacob Collier's arrangement of Stevie Wonder's 'Don't You Worry 'Bout a Thing' recorded entirely with one SM58 microphone.
