Jacquire King

Producer

US recording engineer, mixer, and producer, based in Nashville, Tennessee. Owner of The LBT. The son of a publishing company account manager, King was born and raised near Great Falls Park, Virginia. When his parents separated, 12 year-old King took refuge in music, attending performances by D.C. hardcore bands, and exploring his mother’s record collection. His career commenced in earnest in 1997, when he served as an engineer on Third Eye Blind’s self-titled debut album. Two years later, King captured a Grammy for his work on Tom Waits’ “Mule Variations.” In 2003, he earned a second Grammy for his contributions to Buddy Guy’s album, “Blues Singer.” He produced, engineered and mixed Kings Of Leon's breakthrough album “Only By The Night” in 2008. Norah Jones then tapped King to produce her 2009 album, “The Fall.”
