Jakub Blaško (*10th July 1993 - †14th April 2015) was a slovak guitarist and vocalist. Jakub was a part of the slovak post hardcore band Dying Evony since 2010 until 2012 and again in late 2014 to 2015. Jakub played guitar on the EP "My Venom Is Your Love" and was credited as a writer of their second EP. Jakub first parted ways with Dying Evony in 2012 and re-join in 2014. After the first departure from the band Blaško joined slovak army. In April of 2015 Blaško was found dead in barracks in Levice. He was 22 years old. It is known that he commited suicide. No reasons are known.
