A.k.a. James Addison Baker III
James Addison Baker III (born April 28, 1930) is an American attorney, former governmental official and statesman.Baker served as the White House Chief of Staff and in the Cabinets of two American presidents. During the Reagan administration he served as both Chief of Staff (1981-1985) and as Secretary of the Treasury (1985-1988), and in the George H. W. Bush administration, he served as Secretary of State (1989-1992) and as Chief of Staff (1992-1993). He is honorary chair of the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University in Houston, Texas.
