This was a private pressing, limited to 10 copies only (maybe even fewer) on thin black vinyl. It was recorded specially for Lou Adler (record label executive, songwriter & producer), during the sessions for James Taylor's "JT" album. The B-side is a 14 second, spoken-word piece with treated voices. Only one copy has (so far) come-up for sale (late 2012) by Rockaway Records in UK and fetched GBP 2,500.
