A.k.a. Jantje Texx
Dutch singer/songwriter, producer, guitarist and vocal coach. Born August 4th,1964. He has worked with Loïs Lane, Liesbeth List, Kane (2), Marco Borsato and Herman Brood amongst others. Co-owner and creative director of the record label PhoNOgram. In 1989, he formed Texx which disbanded in 1992. Formed Texx & 3-Stone in 1998, disbanding that same year. Joined De Kast as lead singer in January 2003, replacing Syb van der Ploeg, and left the band in February 2004. In 2009, he founded his own record label Textra Productions. Won the Johnny Kraaijkamp Musical Award in the category "Beste Muziek & Arrangementen" for the musical "Dromen Zijn Bedrog" in 2010.
