A.k.a. Jeanne Rácz
Jane Kidder (born Jeanne Rácz) is a singer-songwriter, actress and comic book artist born in 1989 in the French Alps. Her name is the combination of Jane (English equivalent of Jeanne) and Kidder in reference to Margot Kidder. Jane first started writing and recording songs involving her two sisters (who were 5 and 6 years old) as backing singers when she was 16. Jane self recorded her first “proper” album of acoustic songs “He Tried to Picture Me (But I Was Elusive)” in her bedroom when she was 18. Two more followed; the experimental rock “Sassy Girl Next Door“and the electro pop “Selig” recorded in Berlin both when she was 19.
