Mastered at The Cutting Room, Stockholm, Sweden. Tracks 1-9 to 2-5 recorded in Los Angeles, CA, and Stockholm, Sweden. Tracks 2-6 to 2-14 recorded at Europa Film, Bromma, Stockholm, Sweden ( 2-6 to 2-10, 2-12 & 2-14 ) and Polar Studios, Stockholm, Sweden ( 2-11 & 2-13 ). Includes a 12-page booklet with extensive liner notes, B&W and color photos and discographic annotations.
