Jean-Luc Young started at Barclay Records. In 1967 he belongs to the founders of the BYG Records label, that run till the early 70s. In 1974, still in France, he founded Charly Records. In 1975 he moved over to London. Beside his tasks as an exec he is mainly known here as a producer.
