Born in Geneva / Switzerland in 1945 Studies in the Fine Arts of Basel and at the Vevey School of Photography. Photojournalist for several years for an important press group. He then opened a studio and held an activity in the field of advertising photography for several years. He now makes long journeys around the world, dedicating himself solely to a personal search on the expression of movement, particularly in the animal world.
