A.k.a. Jean Pierre Burdorf
Jean-Pierre Burdorf was active in the Dutch music industry. He worked for example at CBS, Red Bullet and Dureco. There he had various jobs like a “plugger” promoting new music to radio stations in order to get airplay and hits. With colleague plugger Teun de Reede he formed Gebroeders Grimm in the early seventies. He owned a short-lived record company called Burdorf Booking, best known for The Nits and Joe Bourne. According to the music the label released, the data on the releases, it was active from 1976 to 1978. For years now, Jean-Pierre Burdorf is currently still working as a CEO/director in a company that produces merchandising.
