Born in Cleveland, OH. Jeanette Washington was one of the original female members of Parliament-Funkadelic and Parlet. Jeanette Washington of P-Funk is NOT the same person as Justine Washington or Jeanette "Baby" Washington. She was the only member of Parlet to record all three of the groups albums for Casablanca before leaving in 1980.
