American producer, musician, and backing vocalist. Hired as Epitaph's first full-time employee in 1991, now their product manager and head of studio services. In 1994, NOFX released the song "Jeff Wears Birkenstocks" about him, on their album Punk In Drublic. He is also known as "Jeff Massacre" in his capacity as bass player in Total Massacre (2).
