A.k.a. Jen Folker
Before establishing herself as a session vocalist for acts like Lowpass, King Black Acid, Tweaker, and David J. of Bauhaus fame, Jennifer Folker fronted the Portland, OR, band Imogene. The band didn't last very long, and Folker went on to score her first big hit as a guest vocalist on Banco de Gaia's "Obsidian." The song became a substantial club hit in 2000, just as Folker began collaborating with Keith Schreiner as Dahlia. Together, the duo became an overnight sensation in Portland, and soon released a full-length debut, Emotional Cycles. - Artist Biography by Jason Birchmeier
