Recorded live over several sessions. A full albums worth of jazz standards was the idea, but after listening to the tapes, they decided that what they had was good enough to release, despite using only three songs. The Grisman tune, 16/16, was only played at one of the sessions and happened to be the only time Jerry Garcia ever played the song. ℗ © 1998 Acoustic Disc
