Ambient/electronic profile from the U.S. (1956-2009). In 2001 he published the book "Tracks Across The Universe: A Chronology of Ambient and Electronic Music", a chronological collection of his music reviews. He also performed ambient/space music under the Rigel Orionis moniker. After a period of illness he passed away from a heart attack in his home on October 17th, 2009.
