American singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in Fresno, California. He joined Grandaddy in 1995 and remained with the band until they broke up in 2006. He also played with Giant Sand, Modest Mouse, Earlimart, Howe Gelb, Admiral Radley... Since 2007 he's been recording under the name of All Smiles, a solo project involving other musicians like Joe Plummer (Modest Mouse, The Black Heart Procession), Nik Freitas (The Mystic Valley Band), Gary Jarman (The Cribs), Solon Bixler (30 Seconds To Mars, Earlimart), etc.
