Never in picture sleeve, but it usually comes in a generic black inner sleeve. The record plays from the inside out. According to Barry Knoedl, who was involved with Beatbad Records (owned by the late Bill Kern): "300 copies were ordered in clear vinyl. The record plant mistakenly began the run in red. They [the red ones] were distributed to members of the band and among the staff. The original 300 were made for sale at a live performance by the Psychotic Frogs at a club called My Father's Place, in Roslyn, NY."
