Jimmy Galé was born in the city of Medellin in Colombia, South America on October 24, 1962. He is the son of the famous bolero singer Jaime Galé and brother of soloist percussionist & renowned music producer Diego Galé and saxophonist Freddy Galé. His Percussionist career is annotated with contributions to groups La Sonora Dinamita, Sonora Carruseles, Quinto Mayor & Grupo Niche before joining with his brothers in Grupo Gale in 1989.
