American guitarist, fiddler and banjoist. He started playing with The Manuel Family Band in Lake Charles, Louisiana in 1970 at the age of 10. In 1974 he moved to Texas and in 1976 to Nashville. He returned to Texas in 2003. He has played with artists such as Jimmy Newman and Ricky Skaggs. Son of guitarist Dorothy Manuel and fiddler Abe Manuel (2). Brother of Abe Manuel. Joe Manuel (2) is his uncle.
