Joe Puerta (born 2 July 1951, California, US) is the bassist/vocalist and co-founder (along with David Pack) of the American rock group Ambrosia. He is credited with co-writing one of their earlier hits, Holdin' On To Yesterday (1975). He was a member of Sheena Easton's band from 1983 to 1985 and later formed Bruce Hornsby and the Range with Hornsby, who was also in Easton's band.He currently lives in Milwaukee, WI.
