Swedish operatic bass-baritone, born Torsåker, Gävleborgs län, June 4, 1903, died Stockholm, Jan 21, 1985. Engagement as soloist at the Kungliga Operan (Royal Swedish Opera) in Stockholm 1929-1949, with guest appearances 1949-1964. He recorded c. 40 titles for Konsum, HMV, Polyphon and Telefunken.
