Joelle is no stranger to life's challenges. After being given a zero percent chance of survival at birth and losing all of her hair at the tender age of 8, Joelle has battled her way through life using music as a savior from her past. Joelle believes that even if the odds are against you, it doesn't have to define your fate. Joelle started singing as a toddler and soon began entertaining her family with a PlayStation microphone, while writing her own lyrics and poems. After a severe period of bullying, Joelle became almost mute to her peers and, with a stroke of luck and the love and support from her family, they helped her break out of her shell with the birth of the mini viral music video project, 'Big In LA'. 'Big In LA' was the changing point in Joelle's life as a teen, introducing her to TV cameras, newspaper reporters and radio DJs, all wanting to know about her life changing musical journey. Soon after appearing on UK national TV and in press around the world, Joelle went on to train her vocals in America and recorded with some of the biggest musicians in the country music scene in Nashville. Taylor Swift's drummer, Johnny Cash's bassist and guitarist for country music star Wynonna Judd, all joined Joelle in developing her sound. Now in 2018, after amassing multi-millions of views with her music across several social media platforms, Joelle has been developing her own sound for her upcoming debut album, while working with the most successful female songwriter in history, Diane Warren.
