Classical (Baroque, Classical, Opera)
Front Jacket - two additional composers and works named in a smaller light green font judged as not part of the primary identity. Rear Jacket states primary title in large bold font as "MUSIK PÅ DROTTNINGHOLM," and emphasizes all three composer's equally. This release does not provide track timings. Most tracks include two pieces from a collection not presented in numerical order. The tracks are identified exactly as they appear on the labels. Back jacket: - Inspelad mai-juni 1966 - Compatible Stereo - Spelbar i Mono" Many subtle differences in label designs for sides A and B of this release. - Side A label design of other release Drottningholmsmusiken + Gustaf Wasa + Uvertyr "Il Re Pastore" is different from both. Side B is not provided. Logo - both sides: - darker with realistic grey tones, especially for "Nipper" - (other release is brighter B&W with strong contrasts). - inside a silver rectangle with nine-line "staff" on either side extended to periphery - (other release left side has uneven termination of lines). Periphery - both sides: "EMI Records Ltd • All rights of the manufacturer and of the owner of the recorded work reserved • Unauthorized public performance broadcasting and copying of this record prohibited • Made in Sweden" - Other release begins, "The Gramophone Co Ltd . . . " and does not state, "Made in Sweden" Repertoire and Performers: - as stated in track credits - Other release (only side A in evidence) has same content, but placement and line-breaks differ EMI Logo and ℗ Notification: - Side A ends with "℗ 1966 Electric & Musical Industries Ltd. Svenska AB" just above the "EMI" logo as a bright white rectangle - Side B omits this ℗ notice here, leading directly to the "EMI" rectangle. - Other release Side A leads directly to the "EMI" rectangle - its "℗ 1966" notice appears to the right of the spindle hole. Left of Spindle, Side A: - begins "33⅓ " a small space below the staff-lines, followed by "Stereo" and "(2YSB 1015)" on separate lines. - a small space below, "n©b" in bold lower-case without a rectangle. Left of Spindle, Side B: - on the left, immediately below the staff-lines, "2YSB 1016," followed by "33⅓ " immediately below that. - "NCB" is well below those, in a small rectangle. Right of Spindle, Side A: - "4E 063-34404" is bold and underlined. - a small "A" appears below the right end of the line. - a larger "1" is centered below the previous group. Right of Spindle, Side B: - "4E 063-34404" is bold and underlined. - a small "B" is centered below the line. - followed immediately by "℗ 1966" and "Made in Sweden" on separate lines. Other release label image - differences from this release: - color contrasts may be false color. It appears as white on slate grey rather than silver and white on dark grey. - periphery text begins, "The Gramophone Co Ltd . . . " - large STEREO on left with concave barrel distortion - "NCB" in small rectangle appears directly under "33⅓ " - underlined identifier is the same, but the A is centered, followed by "℗ 1966," and no side number is present. - other details observed in describing THIS release
