This recording appears to have been made for the Classics Club in the late 1950s. I have not been able to establish a more accurate date than that. It was subsequently reissued on Saga XID 5131 in 1962. This disc is the original first release. LP: Made In England "FULL DYNAMIC RANGE HIGH FIDELITY" on label at 9 o'clock position
