Century Rolls commissioned by the Cleveland Orchestra and composed in 1996. Lollapalooza composed in 1995. Slonimsky's Earbox commissioned by the Hallé Concerts Society, with funds provided by the Arts Concil Of England, Continental Airlines, and the Oregon Symphony; composed in 1996.
