John Anderson

Scottish, Glasgow-born soul collector exiled in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. John was the driving force behind importers Soul Bowl, who introduced DJs and fans to 70s Northern Soul sounds. One of the first to make record buying trips to the U.S., he discovered many of the decade's top Northern sounds. Created the label Grapevine in the late 70s.
