Runout annotation - The matrix number {LW-xxx) has been hand etched then scribbled out on all 6 sides of the release. The Mastering indicator (LW) has also been scratched out on all but Side F - giving the impression that someone misinterpreted it as a matrix number indicator rather than mastering location indicator (since it is clearly on Side F). This release was used as a Fund-Raiser for the construction of The John Fitzgerald Kennedy Library. The front of the release states "Officially Licensed and Authorized by the Trustees of The John Fitzgerald Kennedy Library." The release included a 6-color portrait poster of JFK along with a Certificate of Appreciation No catalog numbers appear on the outside of the release
