John Gauci is the Sydney based keyboardist and recording artist also known as Johnny Gauci or Johnny G. He is the leader of the Sydney based soul group Johnny G & The E Types. John is best known for playing and recording using hammond organs. He also plays and records extensively using pianos, accordions and vintage keyboard instruments. John has performed and recorded songs and soundtracks with artists including Public Enemy, Albert Lee, Ed Kuepper, Neil Murray, Leonardo's Bride, The Backsliders, Perry Keyes, X, Ian Rilen, Jason Walker, The Mess Hall, Dom Turner & Supro, Peter "Blackie" Black, Nunchukka Superfly, The Simpletons, The Honeys, John Kennedy, Welter, Holly, Mark Munk Ross, Bek-Jean Stewart, Grant Shanahan, Bryan Estepa, Spurs For Jesus, the Flipped Out Kicks, Steve Lucas and The Pubert Brown Fridge Occurrence. He has also composed film, documentary soundtracks and an instrumental album of original music title The Organiser.
