John Hall was a rhythm guitarist, bass guitarist and fiddler born in Brock, Texas, March 20, 1929. He attended college in Odessa, Texas before becoming a petroleum engineer. John and his wife Judy homesteaded 160 acres of land in Alaska. They toured as the Alaskans before and after he retired from Haliburton in 1981. He died on April 26, 2015 in Wilcox, Arizona.
