A.k.a. Oliver Dicicco

Per Dicicco, he engineered circa Red Exposure and may have appeared in some photos as a droog, and introduced the Stench/Hanes brothers to Chrome. He suggests that Chrome also used the Cyborg name loosely, which is also evident in the appearance of Tommy L. Cyborg on more recent Chrome related releases. Damon Edge claimed in one interview that there was no such person and that they threw the name into credits (for things like "White Noise") as a joke to make it appear there was another person in the group at times. As Oliver Dicicco says, "They played pretty fast and loose with the John Cyborg persona. It was me when we were doing the records, but it could have been anybody."
