A.k.a. John McDiarmid
John is a recording engineer/live sound engineer/monitor engineer/production manager from Kalang, Australia. He's been working in the industry since 1970 and has been lucky enough to have been educated by, to have worked with and shared moments with some of the most amazing people in the music industry around the world. He toured Australia extensively during the 70’s and 80’s with some of the hottest acts of the day (Peter Cupples Band, Uncanny X-Men, Sherbs, etc). He then spent the next 14 years overseas working with companies like Neve, Focusrite and Euphonix. Getting very homesick for Australia he returned in 2003 and got straight back to live work with Reggae/funk band Bomba but also work for many large production companies doing corporate work, festivals and other touring bands.
