John Praw is a Wisconsin-based artist and musician. His ambient works have been used as the primary soundtrack for the independent film Geister (Germany, 2011), as well as a number of short films. He has a degree in linguistics and Scandinavian studies, and he lived for a year in Bø i Telemark, Norway. Beyond ambient music, John Praw is the owner of Mine All Mine Records, a writer and a founding member of Pushmi-Pullyu. John Praw is co-founder of the Lost City Music Festival. John Praw also designs posters and packaging for Mine All Mine and other labels.
