John Wesley Fletcher

John Wesley Fletcher was an evangelist and faith healer. He was born in North Carolina. He was an associate pastor of a church called Soul's Harbor in Toledo, OH, back in the early 1970s. John Wesley Fletcher was a flamboyant minister who would usually stretch his sermons into at least 2 hours long. He later worked for Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker's "Praise The Lord" (PTL) ministry. In 1980, Wesley arranged Jim Bakker's one-night stand with church secretary Jessica Hahn, and in the resulting scandal the Bakkers lost their ministry.
