This package originally released as CS 9639 and CS 9827 Gatefold release All selections BMI except A6, B5, and C1. These three selections are ASCAP. Sides C & D recorded during the making of the Granada Television program, "Johnny Cash At San Quentin Prison" Runouts for side A indicate a Santa Maria pressing, but this was more than likely just a borrowed pressing plate, as all three other sides indicate a Pitman pressing.
