This Jamaican release of Johnny Nash music is a mashup of music from his early days as a record company owner. A side is a reissue of a the 1965 JoDa single release originally titled "Let's Move And Groove (Together)". B side is a reissue of Rocksteady/Reggae cover of The Young Rascals' "Groovin'", backed by Lyn Taitt & The Jets, taken from Nash's "Hold Me Tight" LP, released in 1968 on the newly-rechristened JAD label.
