Johnny Steiner
Johnny is the Associate Director of Music for Church of the Messiah United Methodist Church in Westerville. He works with four adult choirs, two children's choirs, programs a two choral cantatas with orchestra, and one delightful children's musical. Johnny is the artistic director and music director for Vaud-Villities - America's longest running singing and dancing spectacular. In addition to music selection, Johnny arranges, teaches, conducts, and co-directs. He has even written many of Vaud-Villities shows in recent years. Johnny served as Minister of Music at North Congrational United Church of Christ from 2010-2016. Johnny has served as vocal director for countless music theater productions including Annie, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Children Of Eden, Oklahoma!, Hello Dolly!, The Wizard of Oz, Is There Life After High School, Anything Goes, Guys and Dolls, Hairspray, and the central Ohio premieres of Holes, Christopher Durang's Mrs. Bob Cratchit's Wild Christmas Binge and Mary Zimmerman's Metamorphoses. In recent years, Johnny has served as a guest conductor for area choral and handbell festivals.
